Q. Why do I need my Model and Serial number?
A. We need this information to help us pre-diagnose what might be wrong with your appliance so that we can be sure to have the right parts with us when we arrive to do the repair.
Q. Do you buy or sell New or Used Appliances?
A. NO. We are a repair company only. However, if you need suggestions, we are always happy to help.
Q. How will I know when you will arrive?
A. We fully understand the value of your time. All appointments are scheduled within a two hour time window for your convenience. If needed we can also call when we are on the way to your location.
Q. How do you charge?
A. We use a Standardized National Flat Rate Book as a guide and adjust our prices accordingly (due to our low overhead we can provide a substantially lower rate). Your total bill is broken into three parts:
1) the Service Call / Estimate Fee 2) any Labor charges 3) any Parts charges.
Q. How do I know if my appliance is worth repairing?
A. We can help by giving the unit a full check-up to evaluate the health of your appliance. This check-up is included in the Service Call/ Estimate Fee. Most of our technicians have 10 to 25 years worth of field experience and will let you know, from a professional standpoint, if the cost of the repair is a better value than replacing the unit.
If you choose not to have any work done, or the unit is not repairable, you would only be responsible for the Service Call / Estimate Fee.
Q. Will my appliance be fixed the same day?
A. Through Pre Diagnosis and our properly stocked trucks we are able to repair your appliance on the first call in most cases. All of our trucks are stocked with 95% of the current, fast - moving parts. If there is a part that we do not have in stock we have access to parts through factory authorized local distributers.
Q. Will I be charged again if the technician has to return due to non-stocked parts?
A. Absolutely not.
Q. What is the Warranty on the service work completed?
A. All parts carry the manufactures warranty which in most cases is 90 days. 30 Day Labor Warranty
